The last day we will be accepting International orders is December 19, 2019. However, Dover has wide international distribution, and thousands of our books are available for purchase outside of the US from Amazon and many other websites and booksellers.
Shortly after your order is placed our system will automatically send you Order Confirmation via email. (If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us. Once your order has shipped we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email on the next business day that will provide you with instructions on how to Track Your Order through our website.
Yes we do. For orders of 10 or more of the same title, you will receive a 10% discount. When you order online, this discount will automatically be calculated in your shopping cart.
Dover Gift Certificates are not currently available for purchase. To use a Dover gift certificate on our website, at Checkout enter your gift certificate code in the box marked "Coupon Code / Promotional Code". Please be sure to include the @ at the beginning of the code. We recommend copying and pasting the code to reduce the risk of errors. Dover offers a 25% discount on school and library orders of $35 or more. Orders must be faxed or mailed on a Dover School or Library order form or with an official purchase order from your school or library. Shipping for school and library orders is based on weight. Examination Copies are available to professors and instructors who are considering adopting Dover books for classroom use. Please note that there is a maximum of 4 books, 2 copies each per semester. There is a charge of $2 for each exam copy to cover shipping & handling, sales tax, and fulfillment costs. Please use check or money order -- no POs or credit cards. You may cancel or modify an order that has not already been processed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time of the day it is placed by sending an email message with your name and order number to cancel@doverpublications.com. If your order is placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, you may cancel or modify it by 8:00 AM Eastern Time of the following business day. If you are unable to cancel or modify your order, please remember that our books are fully guaranteed and you may return them, no questions asked, for a full merchandise credit.
